If you must have HDD Data, then just download Beatmania IIDX 20 Tricoro, Because you can play that Offline/Guest mode. The effort getting the older beatmania HDD's to work, With correct monitor framerate/refresh rate and only being able to play as a guest (No Score saving or character customisation and only being able to play 4-5 Tracks before going back to the title screen (Event Mode). If i was you, i would consider downloading Lunatic Rave beatmania tracks (And more music like The BMS Of Fighters packs).
Note - Unless someone crack's IIDX 21 Spada, Then that HDD is useless, Programmed Sun (PSUN) Server was recently shutdown by konami so don't expect to play it, Even if you download the HDD Data and Launcher As it requires a connection to a server. I was looking for these Bemani HDD rips: DrumMania V4 DrumMania V5 DrumMania V6 DrumMania V7 BeatMania IIDX (9th Style until 20: Tricoro, except 17: SIRIUS) GuitarFreaks V4 GuitarFreaks V5 GuitarFreaks V6 GuitarFreaks V7 However, i cannot find some of these HDD rips because some are in Baidu, while the others are in and Gazelle Games.
